Administration and Support
Once we have delegates’ details we will coordinate all the course administration, with the objective of taking as much of the administrative duties away from the company as is practically possible.
Continuity of support will be of paramount importance in the administration handling aspect of the contract to ensure that we supply the best service possible.
Details of delegates can be sent to us via telephone, fax or email. All we need are names and telephone numbers, or email addresses, and the delegate’s place of work. We will then contact the delegate to arrange a convenient appointment and confirm details in writing to them.
Our systems are flexible so that we can incorporate specific client requirements.
