It is your responsibility to ensure your staff are competent to drive, should they be required to do so as part of their work-related duties. Holding a valid driving licence is not a reliable predictor of driving competence.
ATC can help companies address this issue by developing a pre-employment assessment programme. This programme can be delivered by ATC to new starters . Alternatively, we can “train the trainer” and equip your staff with the right tools to deliver an internal programme.
During employment, we can also provide a programme of pro-active assessment to help minimise risk. In addition, we can provide post incident training as part of a remedial programme for staff.
